Decoiler And Recoiler Instruction:

As we all know,decoiler is one kind of expanded metal machine’s accessory equipment.If steel material is coil,expanded metal mesh production line should need decoiler section to bearing material.The coils can be steel,aluminum,stainless steel,ect.The most common bearing weight customer need is 5ton.We can also produce decoiler bearing 7ton or others according to customer's require.

Decoiler is small type expanded metal machine's accessory equipment.Because small types of expanded metal machine material can be both coil and sheet.If material is coil,will need decoiler to bearing the coil.Heavy type of expanded metal machine no need decoiler,because heavy type of expanded metal machine have secondary machine,feeding and bearing sheet material by secondary machine,so no need decoiler.

And recoiler's function is to recoil the product mesh coils.The whole expanded metal mesh production line of small expanded metal machine,use decoiler to hold coil material and feeding material,then main expanded metal machine produce (punching and expanding) expanded metal mesh.The finished production expanded metal mesh if customer need mesh rolls,should use recoiler to recoil the mesh rolls.Use recoiler will be very easy and convient to recoil mesh rolls than manual.Recoiler can saving in labor.
